Refund policy


There can be exceptions to our Refund policy. We are not liable for a refund if you send an incorrect email address during registration. We can only process a refund to the name on the registration. If that name does not match the cardholder name, we can not proceed.
The following terms apply to all of our services/products policies:
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your registration/purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the digital/class return request is accepted, your refund may take up to 10 business days to show up on your bank statement.
Depending on the nature of our service we sell or provide products, each return must be in compliance with the rules, and guidelines from governing bodies that have authority over such products and services. In some cases, there might be a reporting window for the service to initiate the refund process with the state.
Some guidelines and rules (but not limited to) for products include:
  • We do not, by law, accept a live ammunition return. Your first step should be to contact the manufacturer of the ammunition to file a report regarding the issue. In most cases, the manufacturer will resolve the issue directly with you (typically by replacement).
  • We do not, by law, accept a return on firearms, once a firearm has been processed and transferred to a FFL you can no longer return it to us.
  • You can not return registered class seats for a refund once they have been scheduled in the state portal for your class.
  • We cannot refund NFA items (silencers, SBR's, SBS's, etc.) once the appropriate forms have been submitted to the ATF.
  • We cannot refund federal and state fees (if any).

If the class has not started we can provide a full refund, less any federal, state and local fees associated with the class.
How a Return
If you want to return an item, please send an email to nudbare@gmail.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to the person who sent it. Contact us for information regarding how and where to send the product back for your return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
We are unable to process refunds for items on sale. In most cases, items on sale have been deeply discounted and we can no longer process a return on these items. We may be able to provide an exchange, contact nudbare@gmail.com for more details regarding exchanges on sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nudbare@gmail.com for instructions on how to send the item back for exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, any free shipping costs borne by us, and any import taxes/duties borne by us will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellations
We do not, by law, process a return or refund on class cancellations once the appropriate forms have been submitted to the state. We can not issue a refund once the course has been started.
There may be exceptions; if a class cancellation is required due to medical reasons, please provide a doctor's note for review. Once the doctor's note has been reviewed and approved, you may be eligible for a refund.
We can not refund federal, state and local fees associated with class cancellations.
Exceptions / special occasions items
Non-returnable / special occasions items include:
  • Ammunition
  • Firearms
  • Registered class seats
  • NFA items
  • Federal/state fees
Refunds
  • We can only process a refund to the name on the card used to purchase the class or service.
  • We can not process refunds to credit cards that do not match the registration name on file.
  • We cannot refund federal and state fees once they have been paid.
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for refunds to post to your bank statement. Please contact your bank if the refund has not posted after 14 business days. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles before contacting your credit card company regarding a pending refund.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse a refund or exchange any items or services purchased through nud-bare or any of its parent or subsidiary companies.
We reserve the right to amend and update this refund policy at any time. When changes are made, we will revise the “updated” date at the bottom of this page. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
